| | Dear TeamViewer User, TeamViewer has updated its end user license agreement (EULA). The updated TeamViewer EULA will enter into effect pursuant to sections A.I.10.1 and B.I.11.1 of the EULA four weeks after receipt of this communication, unless you exercise your right to object within 15 days. If you are a user of TeamViewer Remote Management or TeamViewer Meeting (formerly known as Blizz), this updated EULA will also apply to the business relationship between you and TeamViewer, as the current Remote Management and TeamViewer Meeting EULA will be replaced by the new TeamViewer EULA. For all our business customers, the TeamViewer Data Processing Agreement, formerly included in Part C of the current EULA, is now provided as a separate document. You can find our updated EULA and DPA on our website. Why am I receiving this email? TeamViewer is fulfilling its contractual obligation to inform its users about changes to its legal framework and relationships, including updates to the EULA. Therefore, we are sending you this email, even if you have previously declared an opt-out from receiving marketing communication. Best regards, Your TeamViewer Team This is an automated generated Service email. Please do not reply directly to this mail. In case of questions please submit a ticket via our service portal at support.teamviewer.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
