Dear TeamViewer User,

TeamViewer has updated its end user license agreement (EULA) and the Annexes to the data protection agreement (DPA) including the Annex 3 list of Subprocessors (Annex 3 to the DPA).

The changes are mainly intended to increase the transparency and understandability of our terms. We have included the option to purchase Professional Services under the EULA and included our new product TeamViewer Classroom.

The updated TeamViewer EULA will enter into effect pursuant to section A.6 of the EULA 28 days after receipt of this communication, unless you exercise your right to object within 15 days. The updated TeamViewer DPA will enter into effect pursuant to section 4 of the DPA 28 days after receipt of this communication, unless you exercise your right to object within 15 days.

The updated list of Subprocessors will be deemed to be approved pursuant to section 3.2 of the DPA 15 days after receipt of this communication unless you exercise your right to object within 15 days.
